The Seller is obliged to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The Seller will only use the personal information collected to provide the services it offers. The Seller respects the confidentiality of the personal data and privacy of the users of the online shop and will therefore take the necessary steps to protect it against any violations and abuses. Users' personal data is one of the areas to which the Seller pays extraordinary care and attention, knowing the sensitive nature of this area.

 

Use of personal information

For the purpose of providing the services it offers, the Seller collects, manages, processes and stores the following personal information:

- name and surname

- delivery address

- name of the company or legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- email address (username)

- phone number

- country of residence

- other information that the user voluntarily enters in the forms of the online store

- other information that the user later voluntarily adds to his profile.

The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information entered by the user.

Cookies and IP addresses

At the beginning of each visit to the online store, the Seller assigns each user a cookie for identification, to control the shopping cart and to ensure traceability. Cookies are stored in the server's memory only for the duration of the visit to the online store and are deleted after an hour of inactivity. The Seller may also store some persistent cookies on the user's computer or device, such as the encrypted user identification number to identify the user on the next visit to the online store or product review, allowing the user to know which items he has already reviewed, and indirectly also external cookies from Google Analytics that serve to analyze website visits. The Seller may use this data in an anonymous summary form for statistical analysis purposes. For online security, the Seller also collects IP addresses from which users access the online store.

  

Non-disclosure agreement for user's personal data and privacy

In accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data, the Seller is obliged to protect the personal data of the users of its online store. Under no circumstances will the Seller provide personal or other user information to a third party and will not provide a third party with access to personal or other user information without the express consent of the user, unless requested to do so by national authorities, if such an obligation is provided for by law or if it is believed in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other government authorities and for the protection and exercise of the Seller's legitimate interests.

All personal and other information that the user will provide when registering in the online store, as well as when ordering and purchasing products, including the contents of orders, will be protected in accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data. The Seller will only contact the Buyer by means of remote communication if the Buyer expressly does not object to this. Promotional emails will contain ingredients that will be clearly and unambiguously labeled as promotional messages, the sender will be clearly identified, promotions, special discounts and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such with clearly defined conditions for participation therein, it will be clearly stated how to participate can opt out of receiving promotional messages, the Buyer's wish not to receive promotional messages will be expressly respected by the Seller. The Seller may use data in an anonymous summary form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other user information will not be breached in any way.

The Seller will retain the personal information of users in the collection of personal data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is collected and managed.

For the Delivery Service, the Seller will only provide the necessary information for the delivery of the products purchased in the online store (information about the recipient and the address for delivery). The Seller will contact the user by e-mail if necessary for the execution of the purchase in the online store, and via the contact telephone number only if there is a problem during the process of registration or making a purchase in the online store.

  

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller has the protection of personal data in accordance with the Rules for the Protection of Personal Data.

All permanent or part-time employees of the Seller who have access to personal and other user information are familiar with the provisions of the Rules for the Protection of Personal Data and the duty to protect personal and other data, and are obliged to comply with these provisions regarding protecting the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users. The obligation to protect personal and other data continues in time even after the relationship with the Seller has ended.

Registered users may stop using the online store at any time and may revoke their registration. By doing so, they must notify the Seller of the cancellation of the registration by means of a written statement. Before making a declaration of cancellation of registration, the User must settle all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online store. The Seller will also protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store under this Privacy Policy in the event of cancellation of registration.
