Orders placed on the same day will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We are dependent on an external party for deliveries. Delays can occur. We try to be as transparent as possible about this.

Returns
You may return the selected goods to us within fourteen (14) days after delivery of our product(s) without penalty and without giving reasons. As soon as we have received the products back, we will transfer the return amount to you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). This can be done at the following email address: info@madparfums.nl

 

Conditions
We have imposed the following conditions on the right of withdrawal.
We only accept the products under the right of return if the packaging and the product are returned to us in original, complete, undamaged and unused conditions. All documentation, samples, packaging materials, etc. must be included in the return shipment.

Mad Parfums is never liable for any damage, theft or loss of the product or packaging during return shipment. The costs of returning the products are for you. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with you.
